It is our top priority to ensure our clients and their babies well-being to prevent the spread of COVID-19 With that being said, if tested positive for COVID-19 at the time of birth, PlacentaNYC LLC™ will not be able to move forward with any placenta services due to Hospital's policies and procedures.

PlacentaNYC LLC™ have increased prices on all packages an extra $15, to those birthing in Lower Manhattan and Midtown Manhattan. Booking is done by the earliest 36 weeks gestation. **The difference between RAW and BHM is the process. The BHM is highly recommended for the birth giver who have a history of Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar-ism, or any mental health issues. History of high blood pressure or diagnose of Pre-Eclampsia. If baby had passed Meconium at the time of birth, if Birth giver is tested positive for Group Beta Strep, tested positive for COVID-19, and/or Placenta is received by the Encapsulator more than 24 hours after birth, BHM must be done to ensure and the safety the birth giver's health during Postpartum. This service is for those who have homebirth and/or Birthing Centers only, due to COVID policies restrictions in NYC Hospitals. Few pieces of RAW placenta blend with organic fruits, veggies, coconut/ almond milk, or whichever flavor you would like. It helps the body to immediately repair after birth, reducing blood loss and increase energy, and still have left over placenta to encapsulate. Highly recommended to take within 48 hours after birth.

Claims

Wendy Cruz-Chan of PlacentaNYC LLC™ is a trained Placenta Encapsulation Specialist by “International Placenta & Postpartum Association (IPPA).” I am NOT a doctor, herbalist, nurse, or physician. Should you face a medical concern before/during/after consuming your placenta, please see you primary care doctor and notify me about your condition.

It is important to understand this is a nutritional supplement and there are no guarantees that it will prevent postpartum depression and we can’t say that they will absolutely have a healthy milk supply. Placenta remedies are the best thing a new mother can give back to her body post birth, but cannot be used to reverse present or predisposed issues.

Remember, every placenta is different and is unique only to the mother. Not every mother will get the results they want, due to high levels of hormones, medication while in labor, mental issues already present, improper storage and handling.

Placenta capsules do not take the place of medical care and should not be used to treat severe anemia, inadequate milk supply, postpartum depression or anxiety. Always consult with your primary health physician about wanting to ingest your placenta and if you’re already ingesting your placenta.
